Stéphane Cazeault

Stéphane has spent the last 24 years perfecting his work. He has a strong formal academic foundation, earning a bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Montreal. Stéphane recently published his first book, 66 Strategies to Program Design

 

In his career Stéphane has personally trained professional athletes in football, baseball, and hockey. Here are some of the athletes he worked with from the NFL, MLB and NHL: Steven Jackson, James Butler and Mark Clayton (St. Louis Rams); David Freese, Chris Carpenter and Matt Holliday (St. Louis Cardinals); Dennis Wideman (Calgary Flames) and Mike Green (Washington Capitals).

Stéphane's passion is program design. His program design is carefully structured with every possible component taken into consideration to ensure the trainee reaches and exceeds their goals, making his work a combination of both science and art.

Alexandra Bernardin

Alexandra has been a coach for over 25 years. Coaching comes naturally to her. Alexandra’s first experience was at the age of 15 as a competitive-level women's gymnastic coach. After 10 years of coaching and earning her bachelors degree in both Dietetics and Human Nutrition and Kinesiology, Alexandra made the decision to become a strength and lifestyle coach. After her degree she attended and completed an endless amount of continuing education in both strength training and nutrition. She has now worked with clients ranging from general population to amateur athlete. Alexandra also used her knowledge and background in gymnastics to compete in bodybuilding as a Fitness Competitor  achieving a third place finish in the North American Championships.

Her reputation in the field led to her recruitment to educate trainers and coaches for a world renowned health and fitness education company. Traveling the world as a lead instructor for the last five years has given her a rare insight to the new pulses and trends of the fitness industry.
