This seminar takes the student through an in-depth look at all the intricacies of exercise selection, programming and periodization. The finer details of why certain exercises are used for specific situations will be covered as well as a thorough analysis of a multitude of loading patterns and when to use them for optimal results. The attendee will also learn how to manipulate training intensities over a multi-year periodization model. This is the ultimate course for anyone looking to further enhance their programming skills.

KILO Training Camps

All Training Camps are five days long. Registration is $1,750USD and includes a group dinner, peri-workout supplements, KILO BlenderBottle and t-shirt. All of our Training Camps are 9AM-5PM, will have a total of 8 workouts, along with one Conditioning session followed by an afternoon of rest and recovery with lecture topics focusing on Program Design and Periodization, along with corresponding case studies. These Camps are for strength coaches, personal trainers and serious trainees looking to further their knowledge and experience in the weight room. You can reserve your space with a 50% deposit and complete payment is due 30 days prior to the start of the Camp.

1. PRIMEIGHT Camp

November 2-6, 2018

PRIMEIGHT is the flagship Group Training concept we provide at KILO. We used 40+ years of experience as strength coaches to devise the ideal group training set-up and periodization for continuous strength gains in the big eight lifts; squat, front squat, deadlift, overhead press, incline press, bench press, dip and chin-up. In the Camp, you will learn the structure of the concept, go in-depth into the Program Design and experience the workouts firsthand.

These can be individual or small groups of 4-5 individuals. People who choose to do Private Mentorships have a specific learning objective. They will spend time one-on-one with KILO team members and get individualized education on the subject matter of their choosing.
