PRIMEIGHT is the flagship Group Training concept we provide at KILO. We used 40+ years of experience as strength coaches to devise the ideal group training set-up and periodization for continuous strength gains in the big eight lifts; squat, front squat, deadlift, overhead press, incline press, bench press, dip and chin-up. In the 5-Day Camp, you will learn the structure of the concept, take a look at general population considerations and go in-depth into the Program Design of group training while also experiencing the workouts firsthand.

Approximate Time for Completion: 4 Hours

The purpose of this online course is to introduce and have the student master the basic elements of the KILO strength training system. We will take you through proper exercise planning and application of different training parameters for an organized strength training program. Exercise selection through a well-rounded and progressive approach enables the trainee to attain their highest fitness potential while minimizing the risk of injury. Students will understand the integration of loading parameters to determine the appropriate selection of sets, repetitions, tempo and rest periods to optimize their training outcome.

Understanding how to design a comprehensive training program emphasizing the synergistic allocation of exercises and movement patterns through an entire training phase is at the core of the training strategies presented in this curriculum. + 6-Week Program Design Mentorship

Are you looking to perfect your skills with Program Design or want to further your understanding of training methods and periodization? This in-depth mentorship is completed via Skype and will provide you with the tools to build effective short-term and long-term programming.

With the 6-Week Program Design Mentorship, you will have weekly 60-minute Skype calls with Stephane where you will go step-by-step in programming to understand and learn how Stephane handles Program Design, it will give you an in-depth insight into the intricacies of building short and long-term periodization. You will be able to ask any and all of your questions during the call and you can choose the type of strength qualities discussed. Please note that there is not set content. The content is based off of the questions you ask and what strength qualities you want to cover. After each call Stephane will assign homework to ensure you are understanding the topics covered.
