Our Advanced Strategies to Program Design is a jam packed two-day seminar for $750. The seminar is 9AM-5PM both days including one training session per day. This seminar takes the student through an in-depth look at all the intricacies of exercise selection, programming and periodization. The finer details of why certain exercises are used for specific situations will be covered as well as a thorough analysis of a multitude of loading patterns and when to use them for optimal results. The attendee will also learn how to manipulate training intensities over a multi-year periodization model. This is the ultimate course for anyone looking to further enhance their programming skills.

+ 6-Week Program Design Mentorship

Are you looking to perfect your skills with Program Design or want to further your understanding of training methods and periodization? This in-depth mentorship is completed via Skype and will provide you with the tools to build effective short-term and long-term programming.

With the 6-Week Program Design Mentorship, you will have weekly 60-minute Skype calls with Stephane where you will go step-by-step in programming to understand and learn how Stephane handles Program Design, it will give you an in-depth insight into the intricacies of building short and long-term periodization. You will be able to ask any and all of your questions during the call and you can choose the type of strength qualities discussed. Please note that there is not set content. The content is based off of the questions you ask and what strength qualities you want to cover. After each call Stephane will assign homework to ensure you are understanding the topics covered.

+ Skype Consultation

Consultations are available via Skype or phone. Need help with writing a program for a client or have specific topics you would like to discuss with Stephane, schedule a 30-minute or 60-minute consultation to have all your questions answered.
