We are excited to bring our flagship programming to the masses with our PRIMEIGHT Online Group Training! We will focus on getting stronger, increasing hypertrophy and improving performance. We are not saying this will be "easy" training. You must be dedicated to your results.
Here at KILO we love numbers. The motto for our PRIMEIGHT Group Training is "Strength in Numbers". "Strength in Numbers" has two meanings. First, you will be part of a team, part of a community of members supporting each other to accomplish your goals. Second, if you follow our philosophies, you know we believe in numbers. Understanding your training numbers and data has a tremendous impact on your long-term success. Due to our recent partnership with TrainHeroic, tracking becomes an easy component of your training.

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with TrainHeroic to provide the training via an extremely user-friendly mobile app. You will see our technique videos and be able to seamlessly track your workouts. TrainHeroic puts more power in your hands and the ability for us to provide more guidance to help you reach higher results.
Our first intake will be for a start date of March 4, 2019. Enrollment is open now through February 24, 2019.
Each phase is 12 weeks in duration and we will continue with a new macrocycle intake every 12 weeks.
Once you purchase a membership, you will be contacted via email within 24 hours to receive access to the TrainHeroic app, Private Forum and profile for the conference calls.

Personalized Program Design Memberships are available for three months or one year. We begin by asking for pictures and as much information as possible regarding your past training, injury status, work and lifestyle stress level, goals, etc. With this information your yearly periodization and training plan will be created. The key to online training success is communication, so the more feedback you provide, the better your training can be fine-tuned. Online coaching provides a secondary education platform for strength coaches and personal trainers.
