"I stumbled into Kilo out of curiosity after seeing their signs from the street. I've been looking for years to find a gym that truly understood strength and conditioning and when I first started talking to the coaches, I realized they finally came to HB. I had numerous injuries throughout the last 4 years that have limited my range of motion but after just 5 weeks I've seen a huge improvement in that department as well as feeling more balanced and stronger.

The group setting is fun! Everyone I have met here has been extremely nice , whether an average Joe or seasoned athlete, it's been a fun environment for training. The way their system is set up makes it easy to stay committed with plenty of class times to choose from. As a self-employed person, its crucial to have options and there has always been a time that worked for me. 

The facility is extremely clean which I love in a gym, the equipment is easily accessible, and everything is very well thought out. When other trainers come here to train and learn, you know you have the best coaches possible, and at an affordable rate!
