Unable to train with us at KILO? Looking for a structured training program to follow at your gym? Look no further! We have over 50 programs available totaling over 2 years of structured and progressive weight training.

Each individual program is meant to be completed in 3 weeks or you can purchase the corresponding "Bundles" for the complete 12-week cycle. Every program includes a training matrix, sets, reps, tempo and rest period. 

Please note that the majority of our programs require an equipped gym. We suggest contacting us prior to purchase if you are unsure about your equipment.
